Recipe for potato and paneer balls


Yummy potato and paneer balls is easy to make. It's a nice snack for the evening. This dish is a nice mixture of soft potatoes and crunchy corn flakes. I made....it was delicious. I suggest to serve it with green and red chatni to give traditional Indian taste. I think you all should try. Below is the recipe..

Ingredients :

Paneer  (Cottage cheese) - 250 grams
Potatoes - 2 large
Green chillies - 4 chopped
Fresh coriander leaves - chopped
Red chilli powder - 2 tablespoon
Garam masala powder -  1 teaspoon
Turmeric powder - 1 teaspoon
Chaat masala -  1 teaspoon
Salt to taste
Oil to deep fry
Refined flour (maida) - 4 tablespoons
Corn flakes - 1 cup / Bread crumbs - 1 cup

Recipe

Step 1 - Grate paneer in a bowl
Step 2 - Now add mashed potatoes in it.
Step 3 - Add all dry masalas (red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, chat masala, salt) also add green chillies and coriander. Mix well.
Step 4 - Make balls of this mxture..
Step 5 - Deep this balls in maida and water paste then cover it with corn flakes or bread crumbs.
Step 6 - Fry this balls in oil and serve it with green and red chatni
