Deal with dry skin naturally






Winter....Cool and Breezy air!!! My favorite season but I hate dry skin. Most of us hate it, I know. Generally we use expensive moisturizers to make our skin smooth and shiny in winters. Why pay more for chemicals if we can deal with dry skin naturally.

Antioxidants, lactic acid, healthy fatty acids are good for our skin. So we just have to find natural things which contains all these. Don't worry, let me tell you...

Coconut oil is marvellously good for skin. It contains fatty acids which treats dryness of our skin and makes it totally smooth. You can apply it before and after bath for better results. Also use  coconut oil with water for soothing your skin. This is one of the traditional method of treating dryness. Olive oil contains antioxidants. It can also help reduce dryness.

Milk is one of the best natural moisturizer for skin. Its helps get rid of inflammation, Itchiness and dryness. Generally in winter, when we eat little spicy food, edge of our lips and our face becomes red and inflammation starts. Dryness of the skin is reason for that. At that time milk will work excellent for it. Apply milk cream on it. It will work great. I tried it.

Honey which is good for our health is also one natural moisturizer for skin. Moreover, honey is good for overall skin's health.

There's one more thing for healthy skin and it's tasty yogurt. Contains some properties of milk so also helps get rid of itchiness and inflammation.

Apply any one of these naturals things to skin to deal with dry skin.
