Nice stay at Kalinga Cottages - Manali

I had visited Manali, India with my husband and friends. We stayed at Kalinga Cottages Manali. This was a very nice hotel with wooden interior even the floor was wooden. We experienced very good Hospitality. This hotel has very beautiful small garden (managed very well). It also had a fountain but unfortunately it was not working. Rooms are spacious with clean attached bathrooms.

My room was having attached balcony. When we reached hotel it was 10 in the night and nothing was visible from the balcony. But when I woke up at 6 am, I found amazing view from the window. First I thought it was dream but no it was real so I ran towards balcony to capture it. This is the actual picture taken from the balcony of my room in the early morning. It was so postery view.

Now lets talk about food. Kalinga Cottages has in-house kitchen exclusively for the room guests. It does not have any restaurant so the food was either served at dinning room attached to the kitchen or served at your room. We had booked two rooms with common balcony so it was perfect place to take dinner with friends. The food was having typical sweet Himachali taste and it was tasty too.

It was a very nice experience with Kalinga Cottages. Whenever I visit Manali again I will definitely stay at Kalinga Cottages.
